At its core, BSP draws upon both the neurobiological attunement and the therapist’s deep relational attunement to the client. The two attunements work together to create a powerful framework that enhances healing and expansion.

Play Therapy

Play therapy provides a safe psychological distance from their problems so the child can express their thoughts and feelings needed for health development. Children are able to learn about themselves, their relationships, and the world in which they live. Children learn to communicate, to express, to behave. They develop problem-solving skills and learn a variety of ways to relate to others.

The decision to go to marriage counseling can be difficult. Our therapy recognizes the weight of this decision and we will affirm your desire and efforts toward healing your relationship. Couples counseling typically involves conversations about skills to help with communication as well as addressing the emotional pain and difficulties that a couple has endured.
