Research on marital satisfaction has found that healthy relationships have a host of benefits not only for the couple, but also for the community at large. In other words, happy, fulfilled marriages make the world a better place. But how do you build such a marriage?
We help ensure that couples are ready for marriage. We teach soon-to-be married couples basic tools for a Godly marriage that is joy-filled, fulfilling, and exciting.
Couples will learn how to:
- Foster greater intimacy
- Enhance their understanding of relationship dynamics
- Maintain excitement throughout marriage
- Process the results of a disagreement
- Talk about current relationship concerns such as money and/or wedding preparation
How to Prepare:
If you are seeking Marriage Preparation to meet Diocesan requirement for marriage preparation, please provide documentation noting the requirements, so we can make sure they are met.
We ask our couples to come in with questions and areas in their relationship where they need extra support or growth.
What to Expect:
The program and length depend on requirements and type of marriage preparation.
We provide customized premarital sessions that are adjusted to your specific needs and goals.
We also provide the Prepare/Enrich program sessions.
Each person is coming to the martial unit with their family histories and their own unique way of communication and responding. We find it important to take a real look at emotional triggers and patterns of communication to best prepare you for success.

During your marriage prep work you will discover areas of your relationship that you never considered before, language to use to develop and maintain healthy communication, and tools to use to create and maintain long-lasting connection.
