I'm Tommy, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping others improve their relationships. My mission is to help you and your loved ones strengthen your spiritual, emotional, and physical intimacy with God, each other, and yourselves. This often involves healing past wounds, rediscovering hope, and being courageous enough to take risks. I strive to create a supportive, Christ-centered environment where this transformation can occur.

In my practice, I am dedicated to helping couples build healthy, fulfilling relationships rooted in love, trust, and mutual respect. Whether you're preparing for marriage or seeking to strengthen your existing partnership, our focus is on Christ-centered communication, conflict resolution, and nurturing emotional connections. I find particularly important identifying attachment wounds and hurts where it's hard to engage in the relationship in the way you'd like or imagine to. We work together to provide security so your attachment systems can move towards each other in connection. Together, we will work towards building a strong, foundation for a thriving and fulfilling relationship.

Family Therapy

Family relationships can be challenging, but they can also be a source of immense joy and fulfillment. Whether you're looking to redefine your relationship with a parent as an adult or seeking healing within your family, I am here to guide you through these transitions.

Understanding the complexities of family dynamics, I provide support and guidance for a range of challenges, including parenting struggles, blended family issues, and communication breakdowns. My goal is to help families find effective solutions, improve understanding, and create a harmonious, faith-filled home environment.

Supporting Your Children

Are you concerned about your child or teenager? Looking for ways to help them and connect with them through the lens of faith? I draw from my Montessori Education to help parents of children ages 3 and up. I help with developmental, behavioral, and emotional concerns.  I assist families in navigating symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other behavioral or mood concerns amongst family members. Parenting in today's world is tough, I am here to help you  find a path forward.
